By bike: Our building is on the Goose Creek Path, which runs east/west behind Whole Foods/Vitamin Cottage. From Whole Foods, head east under the train tracks, and keep an eye out for a spur in the path that leads back to the left. That's your exit. By 208 bus: From Boulder Station, take the 208 bus (The 208 runs half-hourly on weekdays, and hourly on Saturdays. It does not run on Sundays or holidays.) to the stop at Valmont and 34th/Sutherlands. If you're not sure where this is, ask the driver. They'll be happy to let you know when you're there. From the stop at 34th and Valmont, walk/ride east. Make a right at the next traffic light, onto Wilderness Place heading south. See further directions below. By car: From Valmont and 30th: Go East on Valmont. After you cross the train tracks, make a right at the next traffic light, onto Wilderness Place heading south. See further directions below. Once you're on Wilderness heading south, you're almost here. Wilderness Pl is a loop with Boulder Beer in the center. Once you see the brewery loading docks on your left make the next right. After you make the left our building will be on the left. NORTH STORAGE -Join us at North Storage to work towards your Earn-A-Bike or as a facilitator. North Storage is full of bikes that need to be cleaned, fixed and tuned up. We work on bikes about 90% of the time we're up there but do spend a day here or there doing housekeeping, general cleaning, and other non-bike tasks. You are more likely to get your hands dirty working on a bike at North Storage. NORTH STORAGE NORTH STORAGE IS ONLY OPEN FOR TRAINED FACILITATORS {googleMaps addr="820 Lee Hill Dr, Boulder, CO 80304" Our North Storage garage is in a building that is owned and donated to us by the County of Boulder. We're in the Western most part of the building. The entry door is on the north side of the building, closest to Lee Hill Drive. When you come through the metal gate out front, turn right, and you'll see our sign in the window on the white garage door. We're in the green building. By bike: There are many ways to get to Lee Hill and Broadway. Figure out which one works best for you, and get there safely on your bike. See further directions below. By 208 bus: From anywhere in Boulder north of Table Mesa, get to Broadway. Take the SKIP bus headed NORTH (The SKIP runs every 8-15 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays/holidays.) to the stop at Broadway and Lee Hill Drive, also known as the "Holiday Inn" stop. If you're not sure where this is, ask the driver. They'll be happy to let you know when you're there. See further directions below. By Car: From Downtown Boulder: Go north on Broadway until you get to Lee Hill Drive. See further directions below. From Denver: Take Highway 36 west out of Denver. Stay on 36 all the way through Boulder. It will turn into "28th Street" at one point, but remains Highway 36 throughout. As you pass Iris Ave, it will turn back into more of a highway type road. Stay on this road for 2.5 miles. Watch for the old movie marquee, and turn left on Lee Hill. (If you get to Atlas Flooring--the building on the right with "CARPET AND TILE" painted on the roof, you've gone too far.) Go West on Lee Hill to Broadway. See further directions below. From Longmont: Take the Diagonal Highway (Highway 119) to Boulder. Turn right on 28th Street/Highway 36. Stay on this road for 2.5 miles. Watch for the old movie marquee, and turn left on Lee Hill. (If you get to Atlas Flooring--the building on the right with "CARPET AND TILE" painted on the roof, you've gone too far.) Go West on Lee Hill to Broadway. See further directions below. From the intersection at Broadway and Lee Hill, walk/ride/drive west about 2 blocks. We're on the south/right side of Lee Hill, in a large "L" shaped building. We're in the northwest section of the building. It's a green metal building with white garage doors. As soon as you get through the sliding metal gate, turn right. If the garage doors are not open, make your way to the northwestern most side of the building. There's a person door there. Enter and check out the pile o'bikes.
NAROPA BIKE SHACK
By bus: From Boulder Station, take the Jump (The Jump runs every ten minutes on weekdays, and every 15 minutes on Saturdays. It runs every 30 minutes on Sundays and holidays.) to the stop at 21st and Arapahoe. From there walk southwest through the Naropa campus, the Bike Shack is right by the Greenhouse. If you're not sure where this is, ask anyone at Naropa. They'll be happy to show you where it is. By car: From Valmont and 30th: Go South on 30th. Turn right onto Arapahoe Avenue. See further directions below. From Denver: Take Highway 36 west out of Denver. The 36 will turn into 28th st. Make a left on Arapahoe Ave. See further directions below. From Longmont: Take the Diagonal Highway (Highway 119) to Boulder. Merge left as the Diagonal turns into Foothills Parkway. Turn right onto Arapahoe Avenue. See further directions below. Once you're on Arapahoe heading west, you're almost here. Follow Arapahoe Avenue to 21st , take a left on 20^th and another left on Marine st., this should guide you to the Naropa parking lots. The BikeShack is on the west side of the campus, by the Greenhouse and the Tea House, if you're not sure where this is, ask anyone at Naropa. They'll be happy to show you where it is.
