How much does it cost? How to get started How is Community Cycles able provide this service? All of the bikes at CC have been generously donated from individuals in the community. We also receive abandon bikes from the Boulder Police Department, the University of Colorado, local bike shops, property management companies and more. Most of our funding comes from refurbished bike sales. Other funding comes from memberships, tune ups, special events, city contracts, grants and major donors. See our membership/donation form if you'd like to support the Earn-A-Bike program. Community Cycles is comprised of a small but growing staff and core group of volunteers. Many of the core group are graduates of the Earn-A-Bike program.
